Rates:
Individual Therapy Session (50 Min): $120
Family/ Couple Therapy Session (50 Min): $150
*Billing through insurance is claimed through HEADWAY

Insurance: 
Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, BCBS, Cigna

Cancellation Policy: 
I require a 24- hour notice for all cancellations. This notice is to ensure I have sufficient time to provide the vacant spot to another client. If you do not provide the 24- hour notice, you will be subject to the full session fee. 

Late Arrival Policy:
If you exceed 15 minutes past your appointment time, you will need to reschedule your appointment. In addition, you will be subject to 50% of the session fee.
